SENAT / RED CROSS “Vaccination Pop-Up Site”
20–24 December
Next week, the Senat – in cooperation with the German Red Cross – is organizing a vaccination “pop-up” site for children at JFKS. Beginning this weekend, parents can make appointments by calling the vaccination hotline (available daily from 07:00 to 18:00) at 030-9028-2200.
50 appointments will be available per day, Monday through Thursday. The Red Cross will vaccinate only children aged 5–11 with appointments in the small Aula.
As of Friday afternoon, JFKS was not yet listed as a vaccination site for next week. They will most likely update their lists this weekend. Please note that this information and invitation has been sent out to all schools in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, not just JFKS!
Please do not show up without an appointment!

JFKS Parent Council Vaccination Drive
Mittwoch, 22 December
The Parent Council has organized a large team of doctors and helpers who will be vaccinating up to 250 JFKS students aged 5–11, as well as youth aged 12+, and booster shots for adults on Wednesday, December 22 from 3 to 9 p.m. in the BLUE BUILDING of the High School.
Please note that this is a separate event organized by our school community and not the Senate.
A second vaccination drive will be scheduled for a Saturday in mid-January, for the necessary second shots for children aged 5–11.
You will receive an email from the Parent Council this weekend with additional information and a link to book your appointment. Please read the instructions in that email very carefully and bring the required signed forms to the appointment.

In der kommenden Woche organisiert der Senat in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Deutschen Roten Kreuz ein “Pop-Up”-Impfzentrum für Kinder an der JFKS. Ab diesem Wochenende können Eltern über die Impfhotline unter 030-9028-2200 (täglich von 07:00 bis 18:00 Uhr) einen Termin vereinbaren.
Pro Tag stehen von Montag bis Donnerstag 50 Termine zur Verfügung. Das Rote Kreuz wird nur Kinder im Alter von 5–11 Jahren mit Termin in der kleinen Aula impfen.
Bis heute nachmittag (Freitag) war die JFKS noch nicht als Impfzentrum für die nächste Woche aufgeführt. Vermutlich werden die Listen erst am Wochenende aktualisiert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Information und Einladung an alle Schulen in Steglitz-Zehlendorf verschickt wurde, nicht nur an die JFKS!

JFKS-Parent-Council Impfaktion

Die Gesamtelternvertretung hat ein großes Team von Ärzten und Helfern organisiert, die am Mittwoch, den 22. Dezember in der Zeit von 15 bis 21 Uhr bis zu 250 JFKS-Schüler im Alter von 5 bis 11 Jahren, Jugendliche ab 12 Jahren und Auffrischungen (Booster) für Erwachsene im BLAUEN GEBÄUDE der High School impfen werden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich um eine separate Veranstaltung handelt, die von unserer Schulgemeinschaft und nicht vom Senat organisiert wird.
Für die notwendigen Zweitimpfungen der Kinder von 5-11 Jahren ist ein zweiter Impfdurchlauf an einem Samstag Mitte Januar geplant.
Sie erhalten vom Parent Council voraussichtlich an diesem Wochenende eine E-Mail mit allen weiteren Informationen sowie einem Link zur Terminbuchung. Bitte lesen Sie sich die Hinweise in dieser E-Mail sehr gut durch und bringen die erforderlichen Formulare unterschrieben zum Termin mit.
