DELF – Diplôme d‘Études en langue française

The DELF certificate is awarded by the French Ministry of Education and is valid for life. With this diploma, you can prove your knowledge of the French language anywhere in the world when you apply for a university, an internship or a job.

The DELF exams are organized by the Institut Français. They take place on November 14th in the current school year and either on April 24th or June 12th in spring 2021. Students who take the exams on November 14 have been registered for a long time. For the examinations in spring, students can register with Dr. Neumann through the school until January 15.

The DELF activity on Monday in 6th period in B 216 prepares students for the DELF exam at level B 1 (corresponds to the expected level of learning towards the end of the 10th grade). There will be exercises in all exam parts (reading comprehension, writing, speaking, listening comprehension). The registration fee for the exam at the Institut Français is 60 €. It is also possible to participate in the DELF activity without registering for the exam.
