JFKS65 – Thank You
Dear all,
The JFKS65 festival was a great success. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to its success: students (especially from the National Honor Society), the VEREIN, our staff, parents, external partners and the school administration. JFKS celebrated its 65th anniversary with a day of encounters, celebrations and intercultural exchange. We saw committed and enthusiastic volunteers at the 35 booths, while over 100 artists on six stages provided fantastic entertainment and the presentations inspired us all. Our partner country Ukraine presented the diversity of its culture – and the non-profit organization Life Bridge Ukraine showed us what it stands for with the outstanding Ukrainian International Ballet: Bringing amputated victims of war back to a normalized life through modern prosthetics. This ballet performance touched us all deeply … Members of the BERMUN Press Team have put together a short film for you with some festival impressions.
Many of you were unfortunately unable to attend on May 17, but would have loved to support our charity event. Others would have liked to donate cash, but overlooked the discreet donation box in the Life Bridge Ukraine room. Therefore, here are the bank details again

Liebe alle,
das JFKS65-Festival war ein großer Erfolg. Allen, die zum Gelingen beigetragen haben, danken wir ganz herzlich: Schülerinnen und Schülern (insbesondere von der NHS), dem VEREIN, dem Kollegium, Eltern, externen Partnern und der Schulleitung.
JFKS hat zum 65-jährigen Jubiläum einen Tag der Begegnung, des Feierns und des inter-kulturellen Austauschs erlebt. Wir haben tolles Engagement an den 35 Marktständen gesehen, während über 100 Künstlerinnen und Künstler auf sechs Bühnen für fantastische Unterhaltung und die Vorträge für großartige Inspiration sorgten. Unser Partnerland Ukraine hat die Vielfalt seiner Kultur präsentiert – und die gemeinnützige Organisation Life Bridge Ukraine hat uns mit dem herausragenden Ukrainian International Ballet vor Augen geführt, wofür sie steht: Amputationsverletzte Kriegsopfer durch moderne Prothetik zurück ins Leben zu bringen. Diese Ballettaufführung hat uns alle tief berührt … Mitglieder des BERMUN Press Teams haben einen kleinen Film mit einigen Eindrücken für euch zusammengestellt.
Viele von euch waren am 17. Mai leider verhindert, hätten unsere Benefizveranstaltung aber gerne unterstützt. Andere hätten gerne Bargeld gespendet, haben jedoch die dezente Spendenbox im Life Bridge Ukraine-Raum übersehen. Deshalb hier noch einmal die Bankverbindung
