Girl Scout Bronze Award – Congrats!

Congratulations to 6th graders Lilly and Leah on earning the prestigious Girl Scout Bronze Award.

To achieve this honor, Lilly and Leah researched, planned, and raised funds to purchase a selection of books on justice and equality for the JFKS library — an inspiring contribution that will benefit students at JFKS for years to come.

The Girl Scout Bronze Award is the highest distinction a Junior Girl Scout can earn. Centered on community service and leadership development, the award encourages girls to work collaboratively to identify community needs and design meaningful projects that create a lasting impact on their communities.
