ES: “All Together” – Class
Dear JFKS Parents of Grades 1-6,
We would like to inform you about an important development in our curriculum. Beginning this school year, the Lebenskunde classes will be replaced by new courses that will provide greater consistency and will strengthen our support programs. This ensures that your children will have instruction regularly and access to valuable learning opportunities.
With the new “All Together” class, we are introducing a program that combines social-emotional learning, ethical discussions, and insights into different world religions—without placing a focus on any single faith. The curriculum has been developed specifically for JFKS and tailored to the unique bicultural and bilingual needs of our school community.
Starting in the 2025/26 school year, students in grades 1-6 will be able to choose from the following options:
- Catholic Religious Education
- in English
- in German
- Jewish Religious Education
- bilingual
- Protestant Religious Education
- in English/bilingual
- in German
- “All Together” Class
- in English/bilingual
- in German
Important Information
- Current registrations for Catholic, Protestant, or Jewish Religious Education remain as is —no further action is required.
- Students who have been participating in Lebenskunde will need to register for one of the options above.

- Submit the completed form to your child’s homeroom teacher by August 25.
