The High School Musical gives students the opportunity to act, sing, and dance, sometimes in a world-famous musical, such as “Beauty and the Beast” or “The Wizard of Oz”, or in a smaller or original piece, such as “The Fantastiks” or “Stimmen durch die Mauer/Voices Through the Wall”. Auditions are usually held in the first two weeks of the school year with the performances in November.
The middle school musical for 7th and 8th graders is a production of the 7th and 8th Grade Choir. Enrollment for the choir takes place at the end of the 6th grade year or at the beginning of the 7th grade year for new students. Auditions for stage roles in the musical usually take place the final week of September.
